Haven Homes focuses on building 10-20 custom homes per year to keep quality construction and the client experience as their focal point.
Brandon Derks began working in the field of residential construction at the age of 12 as a laborer for a reputable builder in the area. From the ages 19-26 he established and operated a flooring company installing flooring for residential builders and clients remodeling their homes.
After learning the ins and outs of the residential building world, he focused his vision on building high quality homes where people didn’t feel like a number.
So, in 2015 he started his custom home building endeavors and didn’t look back.
I enjoy working with clients and the process of turning materials into a beautifuly built home.
