Haven Homes focuses on building 10-15 custom homes per year to keep quality construction and the client experience as their focal point. Brandon Derks began working in the field of residential construction at the age of 12 as a laborer for a reputable builder in the area. From the ages 19-26 he established and operated a flooring company installing flooring for residential builders and clients remodeling their homes. After learning the ins and outs of the residential building world, he focused his vision on building high quality homes where people didn’t feel like a number. Rocky meets with clients to discuss their new home vision, discusses pricing and provides guidance throughout the entire build process. He loves the construction process and is very well experienced in the field of real estate and construction. He learned from one of the best real estate new construction agents Jon D Jondahl who has over 35 years of guiding and assisting clients through the custom home building process. At the age of 21 he started remodeling and flipping. Coming from a rural dairy community Rocky has strong work and moral ethics and values building relationships. He will make the experience in building a home personable, professional, and ensure you understand every step of the experience.
